I have successfully purchased the premium but the app still asks to buy the premium version.
This might be due to having multiple Gmail IDs configured on a single device and the app, for some reason, is no longer associated with the Gmail ID used for the purchase, hence it is not recognizing your purchase.
Usually, reinstalling the app with the account from which you made the purchase would solve this issue. However, make sure that you take a backup of the app before uninstalling it. Here is a tutorial video for your reference -tutorial video. Below are the detailed steps:
- Take a backup of the Ajack - Attendance Manager app.
- Uninstall the app.
- Open the Google Play Store app > Switch to the account from which you made the payment.
- Install the app again > Check whether the premium features are visible.
- Import the previous backup file to restore your data.

How can I get a refund for Ajack - Attendance Manager premium?
You can request a refund from Google Play using the "Request a refund" link, which can be found on theLearn about refunds on Google Playpage.
Alternatively, you can also directly contact us to request a refund atcodekaaru@gmail.comwith your Order ID or receipt, which you should have received from Google Play after the purchase. You can write the subject line as "I'd like to request a refund". If the details are valid, we will initiate the refund. Once the refund is processed, you will no longer have access to the premium features.
