  1. How do I remove the app’s access to my Google Drive?

    You can revoke Drive access anytime here: https://myaccount.google.com/connections. After revoking, the app will no longer be able to read or create backups on your Drive unless you grant permission again through the app.

Premium

  1. I have successfully purchased the premium but the app still asks to buy the premium version.

    This usually happens when the app is not linked to the Google account used for the purchase, especially if multiple Google accounts are on your device.
    First, check you have a stable internet connection and restart the app.
    If the issue continues, take a backup of your data, then uninstall the app. Open the Google Play Store, switch to the Google account you used to make the purchase, then reinstall the app and restore your data.

  2. How can I request a refund for my purchase?

    For all purchases made through Google Play, Google Play's refund policies apply. You can request a refund directly from Google Play using this link: https://support.google.com/googleplay?p=refundAWF

    If Google is unable to process your request, you may email us at codekaaru@gmail.com with your Order number (check your Google Play purchase receipt email). We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and if the details are valid and the purchase is eligible for a refund, we will process it. Once a refund is issued, access to premium features will be removed.
